Treaty of Mutual Recognition and the Brotherhood between the Democratic Republic of Vitla and the Groothertogdom Flandrensis

The Groothertogdom Flandrensis and the Democratic Republic of Vitla through their delegates, submit the following treatment, recognizing the validity bilaterally, in the name of the relationship of mutual recognition, and Brotherhood.

Article 1
The Democratic Republic of Vitla, in the person of Minister of Foreign Affairs, Pietro Cacciatore, the Prime Minister Emoned and President FGB and the Groothertogdom Flandrensis in the person of Minister of Foreign Affairs Maarten van Arkel through the writing of this Treaty, the two countries uphold the birth of a Mutual Recognition and a relationship of brotherhood; themselves as peaceful, Friends, Free, Sovereign and Independent.

Article 2

Article 3

Article 6
This Treaty must be published in their physical locations or virtual two-state signatories can be modified, revised and expanded only with the consent of both parties, if either would be repealed, must first inform the other hand, the reason for its decision.
